Directions and Usage
How long does it take to notice results from Lakota Pills?
Some people notice results right away, but for most people, it takes 4-6 weeks to see significantly improved joint health.
Why do the Roll-On and Soft Touch directions recommend washing your hands after applying the product?
This is to prevent any residue from the Roll-On or Soft Touch from accidentally getting in the eyes. If the Lakota Roll-On or Soft Touch products come into contact with the eyes, there is an extreme painful stinging sensation. If the product is applied to painful hands, let it absorb for 10 minute prior to washing.
Are there any limitations to the length of time I take Lakota?
As all the Lakota products are all natural source, there should be no risk from prolonged usage, but long-term studies have not been performed.
Can you take Lakota products while pregnant or breast-feeding?
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use any Lakota pain relieving supplement.

Who is the actor in your commercials?
The Native American actor in the Lakota commercials from 2002-2007 was Floyd “Red Crow” Westermann, a Sioux Indian. He starred in such movies as “Dancing with Wolves” and “Hidalgo.” Floyd was a long time activist and recorded a number of albums highlighting the plight of the Native American people. Sadly, Floyd passed away in December of 2007. Commercials that are more recent and filmed in 2008, feature Travis Dugas. Travis is an actor and motivational speaker for Native American youth.
