Pour les tissus plus profonds comme les douleurs aux épaules ou aux hanches, une utilisation continue sur une période de 2 à 5 jours est nécessaire. Après l'application, lavez-vous les mains à l'eau et au savon. Si vous l'appliquez sur des mains arthritiques pour soulager la douleur, attendez dix minutes avant de vous laver.

My father suffers from neuropathy pain in his feet from a combination of being a prior diabetic (he is not any longer) and pain from his PSP disease. This cream gives him relief from the nerve pain in his feet. He has been using this faithfully for almost 2 years.
