Lakota for Arthritis & Joints

I started buying Lakota for my Mom who had Arthritis for years. Mom would run out of Lakota and had to often remind me to buy it from the Pharmacy for her. Mom passed 14 years now, but she loved the product and used it for Arthritis pain in her knees, back and hands for over 10 years before she left us.

I have now started using the same product and hope to continue using it as long as it continues to relieve my Arthritis pain.

The one thing I'd like to suggest is - Lakota should add a reminder in the 'directions' to all 'Users' to not overuse the Rollon, because the Gel takes time to come out of the Roll-on Ball and when this happens you could get too much gel on to your skin. If your skin is thin I recommend that you use it with care.
As an 84 year old Senior my skin is thin so I use it with care.
