I wouldn't be doing things like mowing grass with my garden tractors, yard work with my Kubota, putting up interior walls in my basement and general home maintenance without Lakota Extra Strength capsules. Your product is great!
Unfortunately my dogs won’t eat it. I’ve crushed the tablets in food, dissolved in water, and tried to hide them in treats. Nothing worked. I’ve even reached out to customer service for ideas… still nothing worked.
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and waited nearly a month for the product. Eventually, the tracking showed the item as “delivered”, even though I had received nothing.
I had to personally follow up and contact customer service to investigate the issue, and only after I raised it a refund was created.
What makes this worse is that I paid $75 in shipping fees — more than the product itself — and only the product cost was refunded while the shipping fee was kept, despite the fact that the item never arrived.
I specifically ordered through this website expecting reliable delivery, but the experience was the complete opposite. Long wait times, inaccurate delivery status, and an unfair refund process made this a very frustrating experience.
The Arthritis is good for a short time to releave the pain. But you send me the good to date which is only good 4 month of life then the your Arthritis tub will be expire. That is not a good way to do business for a customer who bought 4 of your Arthritis at once.
