Motaz Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and waited nearly a month for the product. Eventually, the tracking showed the item as “delivered”, even though I had received nothing.
I had to personally follow up and contact customer service to investigate the issue, and only after I raised it a refund was created.
What makes this worse is that I paid $75 in shipping fees — more than the product itself — and only the product cost was refunded while the shipping fee was kept, despite the fact that the item never arrived.
I specifically ordered through this website expecting reliable delivery, but the experience was the complete opposite. Long wait times, inaccurate delivery status, and an unfair refund process made this a very frustrating experience.

Anonymous I love Lakota Joint Care Formula. I have multiple degenerated joints and back discs and a lot of pain. I was taking 2 capsules in the morning after breakfast, which really helped. The bottle didn't say how many you can take a day safely so I got in touch and Reinhold noted up to 8. I find however if I take them after my 3 meals I do not need more than 6. It is much better to take than, my Tylenol 3s. I also love the Lakota Extra Strength Capsaicin Roll on, pain reliever.
