Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and waited nearly a month for the product. Eventually, the tracking showed the item as “delivered”, even though I had received nothing.

I had to personally follow up and contact customer service to investigate the issue, and only after I raised it a refund was created.

What makes this worse is that I paid $75 in shipping fees — more than the product itself — and only the product cost was refunded while the shipping fee was kept, despite the fact that the item never arrived.

I specifically ordered through this website expecting reliable delivery, but the experience was the complete opposite. Long wait times, inaccurate delivery status, and an unfair refund process made this a very frustrating experience.

my wife and I take four capsule's each per day and find them very helpful. We have been taken them for over twenty five years

I love Lakota Joint Care Formula. I have multiple degenerated joints and back discs and a lot of pain. I was taking 2 capsules in the morning after breakfast, which really helped. The bottle didn't say how many you can take a day safely so I got in touch and Reinhold noted up to 8. I find however if I take them after my 3 meals I do not need more than 6. It is much better to take than, my Tylenol 3s. I also love the Lakota Extra Strength Capsaicin Roll on, pain reliever. Depending on the situation I use, one or the other at times and on the bad days both! I am very grateful to all at Lakota! - Skunk Lady

Have been taking Lakota Joint Care Formula for many years. Stop taking it twice and both times, ended up getting pain in my joints again. The last attempt was 2 years ago, just for a month, same as the first attempt. I have no intention of ever getting off of it again. Hopefully, you will be in business for many more years.
