Directions: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with food. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Ingredients per serving: White willow bark extract (25% salicin) 50 mg; Boswellia serrata extract (40% boswellic acid) 60 mg; Devil's claw 15 mg; Glucosamine sulfate 375 mg; Copper 350 mcg; Manganese 750 mcg; Selenium 13 mcg; Pantothenic acid 5 mg.

Caution: Contains salicin from willow bark. Ask a health care practitioner first if you take a blood thinner, have an ulcer, are allergic to aspirin, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
