We value not only the products but also the excellent service and quick dispatch for a replacement after our order was lost in transit by the freight forwarder. Although I received the lost parcel later, Lakota did not charge us for the replacement, which we appreciated greatly. Jennifer, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Lakota. It is normal to have a little redness and burning when you apply the roll ons. To relieve, wrap an ice pack in a towel to avoid condensation and apply it to the affected area. Please email info@lakotaherbs.com so that we may get more information from you.
I purchased a bottle of extra strength roll-on pain reliever at Costco this week. My son and I both tried it were very disappointed when we were suddenly dealing with hives extending out from where the gel was applied.
