Very easy to use. This roll on has the added benefit of keeping my hands clean. I've been using this product for a few years and find it to be the best for muscle pain.
I've been using this for about a week and have noticed that I have less pain. Looking forward to the full affect in a month or so.
I am taking a lower dose over time and am noticing a lot less joint pain!
