It had been a while since I used Lakota for my arthritis and joint pains. At 65 my right hip was flaring up so I started using it again along with the extra strength roll on. I’m happy to say that I’ve improved since taking it and have am almost pain free. So I will continue to use it permanently now as part of my supplement program.
